I was skeptical, but the silicone base is incredibly powerful. Once you stick it down, it does not budge. I’ve given it some serious, full-force hits, and it stays perfectly centered without sliding or tipping. It creates a vacuum seal that makes the whole unit feel like it’s bolted to the desk. I have actually picked up my entire wooden coffee table holding onto it and it stayed put.The "balloon" portion is covered in a high-quality, leather-like material that feels great to hit—very soft on the knuckles but durable enough to take a beating. I gotta admit I did not have much hopes for this item, but honestly one of my favorite items I’ve ever gotten on Amazon. It was really easy to set up and wow the thing does not move. I put it on my counter and messed around with it for a couple days and it has yet to budge . It sticks so well and that is from constant usage. It moves really well , with an instant bounce back upon impact , no worry of a slow or immovable item. I also haven’t noticed any deflation which is really refreshing. Only issue is sometimes I think someone’s watching me with the face out the corner of my eye haha.

It bounces back a little, but not with the kind of return you would need for fast rhythm training. That said, I do not think that is a flaw if you are buying it mainly for stress relief.For that purpose, it does its job very well. It is satisfying to hit, makes short breaks more active, and adds a bit of humor to the desk. If you want a desk toy that helps you reset during a busy day, this is a solid choice.

Ordered this as a joke for my classroom because I teach self-contained. The students saw it and fell in love. It is now regularly bought by my studetns in my classroom store to relief frustration. They put this little thing to the test and its still holding up! I am very impressed with the suction ability! It has not moved once when these students are going at it for a whole 5 minutes! Honestly if/when this breaks it will 100% be replaced! Product quality is amazing!

A very eye-catching punching bag thanks to the funny face printed on the front, which matches the product photos very well. The printed design has held up nicely so far even after several punches and kicks.The outer material is soft and does not hurt the skin at all, and there is nothing inside that feels rough or uncomfortable on the hands. Even if you accidentally hit the center post, it is covered with foam padding that helps absorb the impact, and so far I have not hurt myself using it.Everything needed to start using it comes included in the package. Even though the air pump looks very small, it can fully inflate the bag in just a couple of minutes. It also seals very well, and after using it for several weeks I have only needed to add more air once, mainly because I wanted it to feel completely firm again.The base sticks very securely to smooth, non-porous surfaces when they are clean. It feels almost like a large adhesive pad. If you move it around frequently, dust and dirt can reduce the grip, but washing the base with a little water restores the adhesive effect very easily.It is very fun to use, and personally I find it a great way to relax, stay entertained, and release some stress for a few minutes.

His creepy little face makes the perfect target.Assembly is super easy. You screw the base on to the rod. Then you screw the bag on top. The bag comes with a small hand pump and an attachment that screws on. You stick the attachment into the hole on top and pump it up. It is no different than pumping up a basketball. I used a small compressor. Just be sure you turn it off in time. It literally takes seconds to inflate.The base is a giant suction cup. I used it on my solid wood smooth desk and my granite countertop. It worked equally well on both. My other desk has a texture and didn't work as well. Any smooth clean surface should work.There is a protective plastic on the base, take it off.I hit this thing as hard as I can and multiple times and it stays stuck. My grandson is even more aggressive, he takes martial arts classes, and it stays stuck.I find that the bag comes loose from a slight rotation when being hit. I think i finally got it screwed tight enough so it stays. This is my only complaint.This thing is fun. Being a adult, I know how to control myself but sometimes it just feels good to punch him as I walk by. My grandson needs heavy and intense movement before he settles down to do his homework. This is his first stop every day. And it helps him master his punch combos too! Its a win win situation for us. This little punching bag . For $26 it is so worth it.

It’s called a small relaxing punch bag. Don’t expect it to help you train to be a professional boxer or release 30 years of pent up anger. If you’re realistic about your expectations about a $25 punching bag, you’ll find joy in it like I did.If you’ve hand pumped your own bicycle tires, it’s pretty much the same.• Insert the needle into the pump.• Then insert the pump (with needle) into the hole at the top of the bag.• Push until you hear a soft puncture-like sound.• Pump.• Pull pump out.• Screw bag into handle.• Handle gets screwed into base.They recommend a smooth surface to attach it to. I find it sticks well to laminate or tile. I haven’t found a permanent place for it yet as these surfaces are on my floor. Even when it’s not attached, I can playfully punch it without it falling over.The face printed on it is really annoying though. I guess it helps with a guilt-free punch session.

Got this little desktop punching bag just to blow off some steam while working at the desk. First thing to mention right away is to make absolutely sure you keep hold of the little silver straw/needle it comes with! You literally cant blow up the bag itself without it, and because its so tiny it is incredibly easy to lose when you are first unboxing it.Once you actually get it pumped up though, the quality is honestly really good. The shiny material of the bag feels thick enough to take a beating, and the thick metal spring in the middle means it bounces back really well after every single hit. The best part is definitely the suction cup base. I was fully expecting it to unstick and go flying across the room, but the suction is great and it genuinely doesn't leave my desk even when Im doing quick repeated punches. It all just seems really secure and planted.Also have to mention that the customer service is really good too, which is always a massive bonus if you ever run into any issues like I had intially. Defo a brilliant little gadget to take your frustration out on during a long shift, just do exactly what I said and dont lose that straw.

Our son loves hitting the bag. We like to use it as a break from screen time. It definitely helps ease his need for screen time.
